I recently ordered a pair of ankle boots from Topshop on a whim, and they’re fantastic! I often add a few wildcard items to my online shopping cart, just in case I need to return something; this way, I can try on as many things as possible for a worthwhile experience.
This particular wildcard purchase turned out to be a real winner. The boots are made from olive green suede and have a stunning, chic shape with a gold “postman’s lock” trim that gives them a high-end look, reminiscent of Chloe or Mulberry designs. Normally, I wouldn’t choose green or suede for boots, but this soft greyish olive shade is just beautiful—not at all like something Robin Hood would wear.
I’m really happy with them. As for sizing, they might be a bit small, but it’s hard to tell since I tried them on with thick walking socks because my dog decided to chew through all my regular ones—plus, he ate the crotch out of my favorite pajamas! Let me know about the sizing if you get them; they also come in black, but I prefer the luxurious feel of the olive color. They’re a fantastic addition for autumn.
