If you’re looking for an affordable take on the “floral noir” trend, this playful little dress might be for you. It’s almost more like lingerie, with its delicate lace trimmings and tie-front design. The length and style are a bit outside my usual preferences. I don’t usually opt for short skirts, nor do I like showing much cleavage.
