The best buy of this winter has been my leopard print fingerless gloves from Mango at ASOS. They’re more like an extra layer of clothing, almost like sleeves or arm warmers, rather than just gloves. Before these, I never owned fingerless gloves because, honestly, most styles made me feel like a bank robber and I couldn’t understand why you’d wear gloves that don’t keep your fingers warm. It’s like wearing socks without toes or lingerie without coverage, although I guess there might be a reason for those! But now, after wearing these gloves a few times (and definitely not the lingerie), I’m completely sold on them. The leopard pattern gives them a stylish edge, and I actually enjoy having my fingers free. The balance between the bare skin and wool feels just right. That might change when it gets really cold, though, and I might switch back to full gloves.
The gloves are featured in my Autumn Lookbook Video, and in case you missed it on YouTube, you can check it there. Besides the gloves, there’s a lovely double-wrap snood from Pure Collection and a chic snakeskin sweatshirt from M&S. I’ve gone with a blue and grey theme, but honestly, the leopard print gloves can match almost anything. Plus, they’re a great deal at just £9!
