It’s 2am, and I’m still working on my dissertation with 2,000 words left to write. I took a quick break to check out the end-of-season sales on ASOS.com and did something silly. I sorted the items from “high to low” and ended up buying a Halston Heritage dress and a pair of shoes featuring metal snakes around the heels. Oh dear. I already have an Outnet order to return and a massive Karl Lagerfeld coat waiting on the spare bed. Mr. AMR says the coat looks like a monkey, but I really like it. I might post some pictures to get opinions!
The Halston Heritage ruched dress was still £195, even on sale. Not sure what I was thinking! Depending on how it looks on me, it might actually be quite nice. Maybe that’s just wishful thinking! You can find it on ASOS.
I also got House of Harlow court shoes with snakes wrapping around the heels. Because, you know, everyone needs those, right? I must be out of my mind. I have a feeling these shoes might look pretty cool paired with simple jeans and a sweater, but we’ll see. They’re £125—yes, I know—but they’re on ASOS if you’re curious.
