Here’s what I wore to the Illamasqua Masked Ball. You might recognize some familiar faces in these photos since they’re from a Pixiwoo video on YouTube. If you’re curious, you can watch the full video that shows all our outfits.
I wore a sequined mask from Topshop, which cost £4. My top was a 100% silk piece from Zara—I wish I had bought more because they might be gone now. The pencil skirt I had on was from a Belstaff sample sale. It originally cost a fortune but I snagged it for either £30 or £60; I can’t quite remember.
If you notice a bra strap peeking through, it’s from a Myla bra that I bought ages ago for my honeymoon. My bag is a Mulberry piece from around 2006. It’s got a big heavy chain that makes it weigh as much as a small car. And finally, my shoes are from Chinese Laundry. They are quite high, so I can’t walk more than about twenty meters in them.
