In this video, I’m trying to switch things up with my makeup routine. Normally, I go for a nude lip when I go out at night, but since I was in a hurry filming this look, I opted for something bolder and more dramatic. I wanted to achieve a polished finish without spending too much time on it. Personally, I find it easier to perfect a bold lip line than a smoky eye because it involves less blending—it’s straightforward. Lately, I’ve become a fan of bright, bold lips as they are a quick way to glam up and make it seem like I’ve put in a lot of effort!
For this look, I used the Givenchy Carmin Escarpin lipstick and my favorite full-coverage foundation, Dior Forever. I’ve included links to all the products and clothing details below. The skirt I’m wearing is from Milly, and you might recognize it if you follow me on Twitter or Instagram. It’s such a great piece; I’m sad it’s going back to the Halpern PR showroom. I plan to buy one myself when they’re available in stores this summer—it’s a really versatile skirt!
